Occupational Health and Safety

Nadis prioritizes the health and safety of its people above everything else.  We are also engaged in the safety of all those who may come in contact with us and the communities we serve through our chemical innovations. We are conscious of our role in the environment and are working to ensure a safer and cleaner environment, for a better today and a safer tomorrow.

Safety training is embedded in the protocol of our organization and mandates each employee receives reinforcement in safety procedures and training regularly to ensure they have the knowledge, skill, and means that promote their safety and minimizes exposure to hazards and more so, drills into them the procedural steps they must take if an emergency arises.

Preparing for disastrous circumstances starts with preventive strategies. Nadis addresses the very basics to solve complex problems by providing a cohesive training to its teams. Our teams make sure appropriate chemicals carry the right labels, maintain work hygiene as chemical spills can lead to contamination, know what safety procedures to follow in case of an emergency.

In case of a fire, water hydrants are not always a solution and may escalate an adverse situation, given the nature and type of chemicals. We make sure our men and women know exactly what to do and have suitable equipment at hand in case of any situation; routine or emergency, as their safety and health matters to us.

We provide Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) to company and customer personnel and create safe workspaces that are designed in accordance to standards of Globally Harmonized System (GHS) to give our employees the level of protection necessary for the handling of hazardous substances. At Nadis, our aim is to eliminate injuries and safety risks by devising, improving, and implementing our safety metrics continuously.
